My focus is on individualized solutions for you that are realistic and manageable. I strive to "meet you where you are" and understand your world in order to tailor your care to your specific needs. My nutrition services menu includes:

• Individual nutritional counseling sessions
• Diet analysis with printed report (3 day record)
• Diet/Menu planning
• Recipe/Menu analysis with printed nutritional facts
• Recipe/Menu modification
• Metabolic testing for custom multivitamin formulation
• Additional metabolic testing for stress effects, digestion quality, food sensitivity, osteoporosis risk, and more
• Nutritional supplementation advice and ordering/drop-shipping

These services can be provided via email or mail if desired. Nutritional counseling sessions can be conducted via a combination of phone with email or mail.

I welcome inquiries from health clubs, community groups, schools, and businesses who wish to provide education or training in nutrition, basic shopping and cooking skills, and modification of recipe ingredients for promotion of health goals. I am well-versed in nutrition for pregnancy, post-partum/breastfeeding, and children and enjoy working with children and families.


Bodywork

I now offer massage and spa therapies for relaxation and renewal at Moda Salon and Stellar Skin at 299 Madison Ave. N, Upper Level, on Bainbridge Island. Parking is available in back of the building. Enter at the San Carlos Restaurant driveway, drive through, and come back around to our lot. Enter at the back stairs or elevator.

My service menu includes:

    Masage Treatments

• Table Massage: 60 minutes-$75; 90 minutes-$105
• Chair Massage: 15 minutes-$20; 30 minutes-$40
• Headache Massage: 20 minutes-$30 (utilizing aromatherapeutic tension balm)
• Feet & Hands Massage: 20 minutes-$30 (utilizing specialty products)

    Moor Spa Treatments

• Body Scrub: 45 minutes-$60
• Body Wrap: 60 minutes-$100
• Body Scrub & Wrap Package: 90 minutes-$150 (save $10!)
• Cellulite Treatment Package: 150 minutes-$185
• Special Event/Youthful Skin Package: 150 minutes-$185

I utilize products that are as natural as possible yet still allow me to obtain the optimal therapeutic benefit you seek in your sessions with me. In order to extend the benefits of your treatment, I also offer for sale a number of products I use in sessions for your use at home. I offer Biofreeze products, Boiron Arnicare Gel, Weleda Foot Balm, and a number of Moor Spa body care products. I can special order a wide range of products I use so that you may extend your spa experience to your home retreat.

Payment Policies

Cash and personal checks are accepted. (NSF checks are subject to additional bank fees and processing charges.)

I also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours notice is expected if you must cancel an appointment. Failure to show for an appointment or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.
